Below is a list of affordable products and services that I have fell in love with and use to maintain this blog. Some may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Website Hosting and Blogging Platform
Prior to getting my Canon Rebel EOS XSI, I had a pink Pentax KR that I spent quite a bit on and finally mastered using. It broke while in Florida at Legoland. Afterwards, it was replaced with a red body, and well, I dropped and broke that one, too. Since then I have been trying to learn my Canon.
My back-up camera is my Sony Cyber-shot that I carry daily in my purse. I love the photos that it takes and it can also do videos – which is a plus for me.
Lastly, I use my Polaroid Snap when I want instant photos. Previously, I had a raspberry Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera. I loved the photos, but it was too bulky to carry in my purse, so I sold it and have been happy with my Snap ever since.
Affordable Camera Extras
I also use this Targus tri-pod when I need an extra hand for photos. We use both of these a lot on our adventures because they are light weight and easy to carry around. I will caution you though, if you are looking for a professional heavy weight tri-pod, the tri-pod that I use is not for you.
In Home Camera Lighting Kit
Recently, I purchased this camera lighting and umbrella kit for videos and photos at home. The goal was to have this to help out my photos until I learn my camera a little bit more and graduate from the Automatic feature. I’m hoping a summer class will help me out.
Online Spell Checker Prior to publishing any posts, I always run my work through Grammarly to catch anything that I may have missed while trying to proofread in between work and soccer practice. Not only does it correct your work in front of you, it saves everything. Yesssss!
I think that is about it for now. As things change, I will continue to update this page. I hope you find it helpful.
