Over the past month, I have mentioned having a new professional development library in my office courtesy of some funds from winning the Outstanding Staff of the Year award. It was such a great way to spend the money. I went to my Pinterest board of books and ordered as many professional development books as I could. 

Now I have these to read when times or slow or when I’m moving through a specific chapter in work life. The miniature library has inspired others in the department to get them some of the books or related books. I’ve encouraged my assistant to take advantage of them and read them, as well.
