I’m getting so much better with writing these updates on What I’m Doing Now. In my last post a week ago, I shared that I had started Noom. Y’all! I’m down five pounds already. Now, I won’t lie. I went down then back up, again because I fully enjoyed the weekend.
We had a beer tasting date night to get in the Christmas spirit with pajamas courtesy of Shinesty.
The whole evening was so adorable. And, the matching pajamas are so soft and fun!
We even wore our matching King and Queen bracelets like we did at the Indy 500 last year. Whew, time flies. Anyway, I’ll be giving a full review on the Christmas pajamas the first week in December. So, hang in there! All the details are coming!
I’m Still Nooming! Want to join me?
Anywho, I still have a full week of my trial with Noom, so I won’t be doing full updates until the trial period is over and I have fully committed to and purchased the program.
Check out Noom with my referral code.
In the meantime, just know that this program is working for me because it’s slight daily changes instead of hardcore, rapid changes. That kind of stuff never works for me.
I’m also still waiting on my Weight Loss DNA Kit to arrive. It’s on the way. It’s just not here yet. I can’t wait to find out what my DNA says about my weight. This will be interesting, to say the least.
Balance One
In addition to getting the weight under control, I have been trying a new probiotic called Balance One. Balance ONE probiotics use a patented process to compress the probiotics into tablets.
According to Balance ONE, their time-release tablets deliver 60% of their probiotic bacteria past stomach acid, making them 15 times more effective. In addition, their probiotic releases its bacteria over 8-10 hours and delivers them all the way to your gut – just where you need them.
This is important for me, especially as I am getting adjusted to this newer lifestyle change. In the past, I typically used Renew Life’s 3 Day Cleanse and vH Essentials Probiotics with Prebiotics & Cranberry Feminine Health Capsules. I buy both from Walmart, but this time, I wanted to try something new.
This is a two-month supply, so I’ll have it for the remainder of the year, so I’ll give an update sometime next month.
Responsible Travel Thoughts
Lastly, I want to travel so bad, but I know that it’s not the wisest decision. But, even a cabin camping trip would do. Just some time out of the house, in another environment to just relax and gain a fresh perspective.
I don’t know about you, but this year, if nothing else has taught me to be even more grateful than I already am – and, to not take anything for granted.
If you are thinking about traveling, please be responsible and safe.
Final Thoughts
Well, I think this about sums it up. I’ll be sure to post an update about Noom next week because it will conclude my free trial. Also, feel free to let me know if there is something in particular you’d like me to share or blog about.
