$20 Teen Holiday Gift Guide

Teen Holiday Gift Guide

In today’s post I’m bringing you five affordable gift ideas for the teenager in your family. Each of these gifts have been tested in our household this year; and let me tell you, they all come in handy.

Each gift is affordable and under $20.

In addition, each gift is ideal during these strange COVID times. So, let’s dive into these five great gifts for teens.

Pink SOXCOXO Half Gallon Water Bottle

It doesn’t matter, if you are home or moving about, you still need to get your water in. But having a super cute pink container to remind you is even better.

It’s a great way to promote health in a cute way.

For example, leaving this on my desk daily reminds me to drink my water as I am working from home. This would also work for your teen and remind her to drink her water while doing her virtual learning or homeschool.

Who Moved My Cheese for Teens

With everything constantly changing in our lives due to COVID and now the election. Why not teach your teen how to positively deal with change. You can do so using this book. Also check out the YouTube video below for a quick preview of what you can expect in the book.

Who Moved My Cheese? is a simple parable that reveals profound truths. It is an amusing and enlightening story of four characters who live in a “Maze” and look for “Cheese” to nourish them and make them happy.

The two are mice named Sniff and Scurry and the other two characters are humans.

100 Top Movies Scratch Off Poster

I just recently got this for my son. It’s perfect for winter, as well as these days in the house due to the pandemic. So, why not make it more fun with a bucket list.

These Enno Vatti scratch off posters come in a variety ranging from books to movies.

LED Room Lights and String Lights

In addition to getting cozy and watching movies, why not have your teen light up their world with these LED lights. My son wanted LED lights so bad in his room after seeing some IKEA images and Pinterest images.

With this in mind, our first mission was getting some from Five Below. Those didn’t work out like we imagined, so we went with a longer string of lights like this one.

He loves the way his room is looking now!

ZOEKIM Paddle Ball Game

The final item that I am loving for my teen son is this paddle set. This set is actually a great gift for both of my boys. They can play together outside on the patio and count this as PE for our homeschool curriculum and PE Log.

It’s fun, brightly colored and packs away easily in this drawstring blue bag.

What I love about this game set is that it comes with the carry bag which makes it easy to pack away and travel with. So, when the warm weather enters our lives again, they can easily take this game wherever they go, such as to friends houses, camping, etc.
