This past weekend my daughter and I headed out to a local Easter Egg Hunt at a local senior living facility. The weather was perfect for an Easter egg hunt. The sun was shining bright and the wind was just right. I decided to wear my pink and white classic adidas track suit paired with crisp white sneakers, while my daughter looked absolutely adorable in a vintage white jumper layered over a floral long-sleeve onesie, white bunny tights, and pink sneakers.
Easter Egg Hunt Traditions
This year was the first year that I took my daughter to a community Easter Egg Hunt. Last year, I filled a handful of colorful plastic eggs and placed them in the yard so that she could have her own Easter Egg Hunt without being trampled by a crowd of older children.
This year, however, I decided to take her to a community Easter Egg Hunt to see how she would do with other children. I was so grateful that when we arrived, the children were being placed into age groups and had their own sections.
The zero to three (0-3) age group had their own small section with plenty of colorful eggs and goody bags; and since there was not an overwhelming amount of children present, each child was able to have their own section and take their time filling their baskets.
Comfortable and Stylish Attire
With the weather being as beautiful as it was, my daughter’s outfit was the perfect selection: a vintage white jumper layered over a floral long-sleeve onesie, white bunny tights that were stylish, but also blocked the wind, and pink sneakers that were fashionable, but also allowed her to have a comfortable foundation on her feet to move freely.
I wore my pink and white classic Adidas tracksuit with crisp white Adidas sneakers. I received several compliments on the outfit, and one mom—dressed in a black Adidas tracksuit with matching adidas workout shoes, even asked where I bought mine.
Adidas mamas unite!
Not only was I comfortable and stylish, but I was able to stash my phone and keys in my pockets while I helped my daughter with her Easter eggs. As for the white sneakers, they are the Runfalcon 5 Running Shoes in Cloud White. These shoes are very comfortable and have become my spring go-to shoe.
I often add insoles to many of my shoes; however, for these running shoes, I have yet to have to do that. I appreciate that they are comfortable and, like most white sneakers, pair well with everything in my wardrobe.

Eggstra Special Moments
During our time at the Easter Egg Hunt, there were several special moments, such as capturing my daughter’s excitement as she picked up eggs, her finally feeling comfortable enough to inch toward the Easter bunny, and most off all, speaking to the residents of the senior living facility.
Final Thoughts
Looking back at this special moment, I feel so grateful and wouldn’t change it for the world. Our outfit choices were superb and we made eggstra special moments. I’m looking forward to printing our photos and arranging them in our scrapbook for this year.
