How to Make Your Own Floral Sage Bundles at Home

I love burning sage bundles in my home. Sage is a staple herb that is grown in many places all over the world. It is typically used in the kitchen for cuisines, used a natural cleansing agent, and/or for spiritual cleansing and rituals.

For us, we choose to use sage for spiritual cleansing and to raise the vibrations in our home. Having a clean and peaceful home is very important to us. So, in today’s post, I’m sharing How to Make Your Own Floral Sage Bundles at Home instead of spending so much money purchasing them.

Supplies Needed

  • Sage
  • Flowers
  • Twine
  • Scissors

Easy Directions

Gather your sage and flowers, either from the grocery store, farmer’s market, a local farm, or a community herb garden (in my case).

  • Lay out the sage and flowers that you choose to bundle together.
  • Wrap twine around your bundle fairly tightly.
  • Knot your twine and clip the excess.
  • You may also choose to clip the edges of each bundle.
  • Hang or lay flat to dry for a week prior to use.

Final Thoughts

That’s it! The entire process was fun, easy, and quick. I spent about a half an hour at the herb garden picking and clipping my sage and flowers (and tomatoes). I headed home shortly afterwards, laid everything out on the table and completed four bundles within a half an hour.
