Last summer, my partner and I spent an incredible four days in Las Vegas, Nevada which included an all-day Max Tour of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Seven Magic Mountains, and a stop at the famous Las Vegas sign. Feel free to check out our travel diary on the blog.
Of all of the photos that we captured, the photo at the Las Vegas sign was the best so I had it printed on an 8×10 inch canvas print from Printique. With this in mind, I want to share with you a few details from our trip, as well as the process for ordering Canvas Prints on Printique.

For starters, if you have never been to Las Vegas, know that there is so much to do and to get into. And, along the way, you will capture tons of memories and photos. For example, even though we were only in Las Vegas for four days, we captured well over 200 photos from multiple experiences.
Some of the things that we experienced included our all-day Max Tour, dining at the Wynn Buffet, visiting Area 15, saying, ‘I do” at the Chapel of the Flowers in a Commitment Ceremony, and so much more!
Once you experience all these things, you definitely want to preserve your memories. But, how?
How to Preserve Your Travel Moments
With all of the memories and photos that we acquired, I thought long and hard on how I wanted to preserve our memories. Finally, I came to a decision.
First, I had all of our pictures printed, so that they could go in a nice album. As I went through each photo, I decided that I wanted our best photo displayed on the wall with our ceremony certificate. Of course, it would make sense to put the ceremony photo with the ceremony certificate, but let’s be honest here. They were not fantastic by any means.
With that being said, I felt it was best to display the best photo, although it may not have been the best moment. In fact, we were pretty grouchy towards one another right before this photo. Ughh. Don’t you despise those unfavorable moments?
But, never mind that. We captured a great photo and we needed to display it.
With that in mind, I knew that I wanted a canvas print because, in the past, I’ve always chosen our best vacation photos to make canvas wall prints. This vacation experience was no different.
So, once I learned about Printique, I was ready to give them a go.
Canvas Wall Prints with Printique
Printique is an online photo boutique that specializes in printing memories on photo books, prints, and wall decor. Based on my experience, creating your order is simple.
I scrolled through the site to determine what I wanted to print. Once, I found what I was interested in, I uploaded the photo that I wanted to be printed. It was just that simple. From there, I went to the checkout, to complete the process. In fact, you can save now! Shipping was rather speedy and it took less than a week to receive our wall print.
The canvas wall print came packaged securely in a box covered in plastic which was much appreciated. In addition it was thicker and sturdier than I expected it to be. In the photo below the plastic is still on, so the print looks a bit pixeled, but once we removed the plastic, the wall print looked great!

Final Thoughts
Now that we have our wall print in hand, as well as our printed photos, it’s time to get to work putting together the scrapbook and hanging the wall print on the wall with our ceremony certificate.
What I’ve learned through this process and the process of creating both of my son’s travel albums is to not wait until the last minute or put it off for a long time. I’ve learned that moving forward, my goal will be to decide on the way we will document our trip beforehand and then following the trip take immediate action to get it done.
How long does it take you to print and display your family memories?
