This month I started taking water aerobics as a fun way to burn some additional calories in hopes of losing weight. Placing My Order and What to Expect
When placing my order, I completed a quiz that helped to customize my test based on birth control. The process was quick and easily done online. After placing my order, my kit arrived within a few days. Seriously, shipping was pretty quick and I was impressed.
When I opened it all of the contents were packed neatly inside. The kit includes everything that you need to successfully complete the process at home, or at a local Quest Diagnostics lab.
When you are ready to conduct your test...
It’s important to know that the test should be done on the third day of your cycle and you must fast prior to – to achieve the best results possible.
To collect your sample, you simply clean and prick your finger to collect your blood sample. Once it’s taken, clean up your area and put your samples in the correct bags and stick them in the mailbox.
That’s it!
What About The Results
After your test has been received and a doctor has reviewed it, you’ll be sent your fertility profile soon afterwards which can be accessed on your dashboard.
