Instead of having a list of goals for the month of November, I went with a theme. This month’s theme for me was Self-Care. With the theme in mind, I made a list in my planner of ways to embrace self-care such as pampering myself with various skincare routines, baths, and herbal teas. So, in today’s post, I’m letting you in on my experience with adding TreCeuticals Priming Cleanser to my skincare routine.
What is TreCeuticals?
Before we get into my experience I want to share a bit about TreCeuticals.
TreCeuticals was founded in late 2019 by two great friends and retired businesswomen. Their mission is to create simplified skincare that actually works. What’s interesting is that they launched TruCeuticals during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
I share this because I can relate to getting something new started during the pandemic, as I switched positions myself as the pandemic began.
From my personal experience, I can tell you that it takes a lot of passion, grit, and skill to make those kinds of moves as the pandemic challenges began and continue.
With all of that being said, I’m happy to have the opportunity to share my experience using their products. So, let’s chat about me adding TreCeuticals Priming Cleanser to my skincare routine.
My Three Step Routine
Of the products available through TreCeuticals, I chose the Priming Cleanser. I chose this because I typically use a three-step system for my basic skin care routine. This system includes a cleanser, a toner, and a lotion.
However, I have noticed that with each set that I purchase, I always run out of the cleanser first because I use it more than the toner and lotion.
So, as I browsed the products available, it only made sense to begin with the cleanser.
Priming Cleanser
Priming Cleanser is a multi-purpose facial cleanser designed for day and night. The first step to younger looking, rejuvenated skin starts with our uniquely gentle foaming wash.
Exfoliating fruit extracts work to soften dead skin cells while the antioxidants in Vitamin C and green tea protect the delicate new layer below.
In addition, they have also added the healing effects of therapeutic oil, Vitamin E and orange and lemon extracts for cleanser perfection.
Using the cleanser was easy and quick. You simply pump it and the foam comes out. It feels light and fresh on my skin and there was no irritation afterwards.
What I Appreciate…
What I appreciate about this blend is that it uses a therapeutic oil and Vitamin E. This is important to me because I use a Vitamin C beauty oil at night with my jade roller prior to bed. Therefore, using these together only makes sense.
In addition to this, TreCeuticals uses full spectrum CBD oil in their products which is known for its soothing and healing benefits.
CBD works with three powerful active ingredients – retinol, hydroxy acids and antioxidants to accentuate and enhance the benefits of each individual ingredient for better results.
Knowing this is another plus in my book because I am big on using hemp and CBD products, as you can tell from the blog.
How to Use Priming Cleanser
Again, using the Priming Cleanser is easy. Simply apply 2-3 pumps to damp skin, rinse and gently pat dry with a clean towel. It is recommended that you follow with the Infusing Hydrator in the morning and either Weekly or Nightly TreActives in the evening.
