A few weeks back, I shared a post, 10 Things That Made Me Happy As a Child based on a prompt from the book 52 Lists of Happiness which can be found on Amazon or Walmart.
In that post, I shared things that I enjoyed receiving from the special women in my life. One of the items that I discussed in that post, as well as in an Instagram Coffee Chat were Precious Moments figurines.
Growing Up in the 80’s and 90’s
Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s, I loved receiving the adorable figures to place on my bookshelf or dresser. On the occasions when I received the figurines they were thoughtfully gifted for a specific reason and were very meaningful.

This adorable-looking girl is dancing on a record, her lilac shoes match her shirt, and there are hearts throughout the figurine, such as on her shoes and on the music player.
Skin Tones and Hair Colors
In addition to the energy I felt as I looked at this little figurine, I appreciated the fact that Precious Moments has started to create various skin tones, as well as hair colors.
For example, not only does this precious little girl come with brunette hair with a medium skin complexion, but she also comes with blonde hair with a light complexion.
