A few weeks back I ordered five pairs of socks from Chrissy’s Tube Socks. My initial thoughts were that I needed some new fall socks as the weather is getting cooler.
I also wanted some socks that were fun, so that I could wear them while doing my morning 5K walks, especially the virtual 5K walks that go with different themes. After wearing my first pair for my first 5K of the fall season, I could easily see why people love Chrissy’s Tube Socks.
They are simply a fun and inexpensive way to add some spunk and style to your wardrobe in a comfortable way. I ordered each pair with a specific event in mind.
Pink Cheetah Print Socks (Sku #432)
For example, I ordered the Pink Cheetah Print Socks because I simply love and adore the color pink, as well as leopard and cheetah print. My thoughts were that I would wear these on my virtual 5K walks with my pink Nikes.
And, guess what? I did just that. Feel free to check them out on my Instagram feed. Most importantly, they were comfortable and kept my ankles warm as the morning weather was a little chilly.
Blue Cheetah Print Socks (Sku #519)
Very similarly to the Pink Cheetah Socks, I ordered the Blue Cheetah Socks. I chose blue because during the spring season, I really enjoyed wearing powered blue.
I even wrote about it on the blog and posted a few photos of me on Instagram wearing this particular shade of blue. My idea was to pair these socks with a few of those blue outfits from my wardrobe
Donut Socks (Sku #663)
The next pair of socks that I chose were these gorgeous donut socks. I chose them with the goal of completing the Butler County Donut Trail one day soon. Have you heard of it?
If not, it is a self-guided trail through Butler County consisting of about 13 donuts shops. Once you’ve visited each shop and had your passport stamped, you can redeem your passport for a Butler County Donut Trail shirt!
How awesome will it be to complete the trail and wear these socks along with my new shirt?!
Lilac Tube Socks (Sku #800)
The fourth pair of socks that I ordered were these lilac tube socks! I love, love, love these socks. I ordered them to wear with my lilac tie dye shirt for an upcoming virtual 5K.
I didn’t pair the top and socks together in this post, but if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see it in my stories or Exercise Highlights really soon.
Of all of the socks, I really love these as they are the longer tube socks.
X-Ray Skeleton Socks (Sku #625)
The final pair that I ordered were these X-Ray Skeleton Socks. I ordered these with the intentions of giving them to my son for him to wear with his Skeleton costume from last year.
They are a perfect match for his costume. Even though there won’t be any trick or treating for him this year, he can still wear his costume and socks around the house as pajamas, as we celebrate the night safely indoors.
What I love about these socks besides the comfort and design is the fact that there are details on the tips of the socks! Yes! Each sock is labeled for the correct foot. There is a L for the left and a R for the right foot. How clever!
Final Thoughts
After trying on each pair and actually wearing these socks out, I can honestly see why people love Chrissy’s Socks. They have a simple, classic, yet fun design which makes them so versatile. Not only that but they are affordable, comfortable and made in the USA and fur free.
If you are interested in trying them for yourself, visit Chrissy’s Tube Socks or check out the links to the socks that I reviewed in today’s post.
