Alright! Alright! Alright!
Another gorgeous place that has been on my bucket list is the trendy and chic Sugar Factory. Once I saw those ginormous Sugar Factory Lollipop Passion Goblets floating around on the internet, I knew that I had to one day own that experience, and hopefully sooner than later.
Fortunately, that experienced happened this past week while in Las Vegas.
Sugar Factory | Fashion Show Mall
With Vegas having two locations, not including the one located in McCarran International Airport, I decided to visit the Fashion Show Mall location which features The Chocolate Lounge on the upper level with great views of the Las Vegas strip.
Since I was going solo, I didn’t bother with the upper level. I wanted to first enjoy the Lollipop Passion Goblet that I came after, followed by the lavish dining experience, topped with a trip into the candy store. All of which I accomplished.
Lollipop Passion Goblet
But, let’s talk about this Lollipop Passion Goblet for a second. Although, amazingly cute, fancy, and yummy. It’s $40. Seriously.
Is it worth it?
To me, the $70 that I spent on the entire experience for myself was worth it. It wasn’t just about buying the drink. It was about immersing myself in the Sugar Factory experience, just once in my life – if nothing more.
I wanted to be involved in the experience so deep; and to me, that was worth it.
So, what’s in the drink?
The Lollipop Passion Goblet includes Tito’s gluten-free Vodka with a splash of coconut syrup, melon pucker, pineapple juice, sour mix, and Sierra Mist. Topped with a few rainbow twist pops wrapped in a candy necklace. Super adorable! I swear!
The atmosphere was amazing!
Chandeliers adorned the “trendy chic” restaurant ceilings, as well as blinged out ducks throughout the lower level. It was totally adorable.
To the right of me was a family celebrating the birthday of one of their son’s. The wait staff came out and sang Happy Birthday to him while presenting him with his dessert with an amazing sparkle candle which looked more like fireworks. It was amazing!
The Sugar Factory isn’t just for adults, it’s for children, as well! But, understand, this is not your typical mom and pop candy store. It’s fancy, yall! And, I am sure the founder, Charissa Davidovici intended it to be just that!
What are you going to eat with that drink?
Well, I couldn’t just get a drink and not have anything to eat. So, I decided on the Happy Hour menu which made appetizers just $5! Heyyy!
Choosing what I wanted was easy. I get the same thing on anyone’s Happy Hour menu.
Artichoke and Spinach Dip, please, and thank you.
It was hot and yummy. I really do appreciate my waitress because I had a few reservations based on reviews I found trolling the internet. I was thinking…”Will my food be hot? Will my food be good? Will the waitress have an attitude?”
And, well, I was ultimately pleased. The waitress was nice and attentive. My food was hot and yummy. And, my waitress even snapped a few photos for me on my way out of the candy store.
Thanks, lady! I appreciate you! I just looked a bit too wore out to post.
Candy Store
I ended my visit with some browsing in the Candy Store. I had to grab me a rubber duck to commemorate the experience, as well as get my boys a few items. They would be a bit upset if I returned home with nothing, don’t you think?
Well, there you have it; my experience at the Sugar Factory, Las Vegas!
Next stop… Sugar Factory, Chicago!
