3 Things Not to Miss at Disney’s Animal Kingdom + Giveaway

I am so excited to bring you this post and giveaway today! A few months ago, I had the luxury of exploring Disney World for an entire day. My purpose for the visit was two-fold.

First, I went to attend a Media Event hosted by EZ Dis by Instant Impressions Travel Services at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Secondly, I went to quickly explore Disney so that I could take notes on important things to consider for our family’s first visit to Disney World in September.

I picked up soooo many tips, but since I spent so much of my time at Animal Kingdom, I want to share with you three things not to miss at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

3 Things Not to Miss at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Pandora – The World of Avatar

You do not simply “visit” Pandora. You must actually spend quality time in Pandora. From admiring the indigenous details of the Valley of Mo’ara, both at night and in the day, to riding the Flight of Passage, and having your face painted in designs inspired by the Na’vi and Pandora; the World of Avatar gives you the ultimate experience of the culture of the Na’vi.

Festival of the Lion King

After walking through the village of Harambe, be sure to to watch the Festival of the Lion King – an amazing attraction within Africa. Festival of the Lion King is a 30 minute live musical show which consists of amazing performers such as stilt walkers, dancers, singers, etc. and ends with the beloved Circle of Life song.

It’s Tough to Be A Bug

It’s Tough to be a Bug! is exciting 3D film and live show on the survival techniques of bugs. This 3D attraction features Flik from Disney Pixar’s, A Bug’s Life. Aside from viewing the 3D show in my bug glasses, another one of the most interesting parts (for me) was simply walking along the winding pathway in the Tree of Life to get to the Tree of Life Repertory Theatre. Along the pathway are tangled roots, branches, and large, interesting animal carvings which fits the Animal Kingdom theme perfectly.

Speaking of the Animal Kingdom theme, I’ve teamed up with EZ Dis by Instant Impressions Travel Services to bring you this month’s Disney giveaway!
