View PostSeptember was the end of Self Care Awareness month. To honor the last day of such an important month I spent yesterday morning taking good care of myself. Of course, self care should not be limited to one particular month. But, it’s great to pause for a moment to recognize and celebrate the month.
Nevertheless, I hit the treadmill, got my water in, journaled in my Book of Positive Aspects, set my intentions for the remainder of 2018, and tried some new, handmade Artisan soaps by Bubbly Soaps in a warm, relaxing bubble bath.
