Sometime last year, I subscribed to Ipsy for their monthly glam bag but stopped after a few months of receiving them. This past July, I decided to restart my monthly subscription.
My first shipment was focused on the idea of an at-home beauty staycation. Around the same time, I placed my order from Femme Luxe with those same staycation vibes in mind.
Femme Luxe Finery UK
If you are unfamiliar with the brand, Femme Luxe Finery UK is affordable fashion with the latest trends in women’s clothing and luxe-style dresses. In my most recent Femme Luxe posts, I hauled mainly items that could be worn for working remotely and showing up online, but this time I wanted a little something different.

Lilac Tie Dye Oversized T-Shirt – Veda $8.99
Now, I honestly thought this was going to be my least-liked shirt from the haul. Reason being, the shirt reminds me of the purple tie-dye shirt that I made in Girl Scouts to wear on a trip to Libertyland Amusement Park in Memphis, Tennessee in the 90’s.
There was just something about making the shirt myself as a youngster that annoyed me greatly at the time. And, for whatever reason, I have been carrying that same energy with me into my adult years.
But, I’m happy to say that although this shirt reminded me of those childhood times, I’m actually in love with this shirt. Thinking back. The memories were not bad, just perhaps a bit annoying.
Nevertheless, this shirt is comfortable, feels good on my skin, and I can actually see myself wearing it more than just around the house for a staycation. How about to a 90’s party?!
I’m wearing this shirt in a 12/14 XL, however, it comes in additional sizes and colors.
White Champagne is Always the Answer Slogan T-Shirt – Mabel $6.99
The next shirt that I ordered for staycation was this Champagne is Always the Answer fitted t-shirt. I have had my eyes on it for quite some time and decided to go ahead and order it. It’s perfect for relaxing on staycation, and of course, enjoying a glass of champagne, right?!
Should you choose to order this shirt, please note that it is not the same material and quality as the “Got a Connection” T-shirt from my last haul. It is more of a normal cotton t-shirt feel with very little stretch to it. So be mindful of this when ordering.
Black Trust Your Sauce Slogan Print Crew Neck T-Shirt – Cordelia $5.99
The third shirt that I ordered for staycation was this Trust Your Sauce fitted t-shirt. I ordered this shirt as a gentle reminder to myself. For me to trust myself and believe in myself regardless of any external conditions.
“Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable.”
Should you choose to order this shirt, it is the same material and fit of the previous shirt. I am wearing an M/L 12/14 in both of the shirts.
Blue Off Shoulder Loungewear Set – Blake $16.99
Lastly, I couldn’t not order a loungewear set for staycation, right? Right! So, I opted for this light blue off-shoulder loungewear set. I am in love with the color! I have been ordering and wearing a lot of this color this summer. It’s such a happy color!
Aside from this color, this set would be great dressed down with slippers for being around the house on staycation or be paired with tennis shoes for running quick errands.

Final Thoughts
Overall, the great thing about having ordered several times is that I now know what materials best fit with my body type from the brand. Each of these items are great for wearing around the house on staycation, or even running out for some errands.
