One of the most amazing things I can say about going to Walt Disney World is that there is something for everyone, especially at Epcot. So, today, I’m sharing how I quickly soared around the world in one evening at Epcot.
The Epcot Theme Park is located at Walt Disney World in Florida and showcases 11 countries with an amazing variety of activities, food, and fun!

Mexico
On our visit to Epcot, we spent most of our time chowing down on tacos in Mexico and watching the end of the night fireworks.
I absolutely loved it!

The Mexico Pavilion offers approximately 250 seats with a menu consisting of primarily chicken and beef tacos on fresh handmade corn tortillas, nachos, a cheese empanada, guacamole, chips and churros – just to name a few.
Yummy!
We also spent what remaining time we had left before the park closed riding a few rides with Soarin’ Around the World being my favorite.
Soarin’ Around the World
Soarin’ Around the World allows you to get seated and buckled in and “hang glide above some of the most breathtaking wonders the world has to offer”.
I honestly felt like I was soaring over the Great Wall of China and Sydney Harbour. In addition to feeling like you are actually hang gliding you can feel the cool breeze whisp across your face.
Talk about breathtaking!
If you have never had the opportunity to see some of these amazing wonders of the world in person, this attraction is definitely worth putting on your Disney Bucket List.
Keep in mind that guests must be at least 40 inches tall to ride.
In Summary
Epcot at Walt Disney World has so much to offer that it’s hard to choose just a few things to do. Although, my favorites were Mexico, Soarin’ Around the World, and the Fireworks show on this trip, I’ll be sure to experience something different on my next trip.
