40+ Things to Do as a Family During Quarantine

Things to do as a family

A few years ago, I created a post 44 Things to Do During a Family No Spending Month. I went back and researched the post and noticed that so many of them are fitting for our lives today, as we are practicing #socialdistancing.

So, if you are searching for some unique ideas to pass the time while at home, check out these 40+ Things to Do as a Family During Quarantine. I’ve linked past blog posts, Pinterest pins, and links to product ideas based on much of our experiences.

Don’t forget to share the post, as so many people are searching for ideas!

Connect with family

Connect with Family Virtually

  • Invite friends/family for tea virtually.
  • Send a photo journal via Neveo to distant family members, especially your elders.
  • Send random tokens of appreciation via Paperless Post Invitations

Outdoor Activities

  • Have a family picnic in your backyard. Keep the meal simple. Focus on the memories.
  • Grill your dinner and eat outside instead of cooking in the kitchen.
  • Have Sunday breakfast outside. Set the patio table and make it cute!
  • Go play outside. Get out those drones, bikes, and sporting equipment for active play.
