Occasionally I check Google Search Console to see which posts are performing best, and I can tell you that I am always surprised by what people search for. The post that I spend the most amount of time on doesn’t see the light of day.
But, those random and on-the-fly posts are what people tend to search for. Blogging is weird. Nevertheless, I love it and hope to continue to inspire people while on my blogging journey.

With that being said, several years ago before heading to Disney World, I made a post about a Minnie Mouse Easter Basket from Dollar Tree that I made for my niece. One day I deleted it. And, guess what? It is the most searched-for post during the spring. For this reason, I am recreating the post with those original photos.
So, here we are.
How to Create a Minnie Mouse Easter Basket from Dollar Tree
Shopping at Dollar Tree is always a joy for me – at least when I had the spending money to do so. This was one of those fun and fine times when I went with the goal of making my naive an Easter basket.
As I strolled through Dollar Tree, I saw a theme of Minnie Mouse products and with me heading to Disney the next day, it only seemed right to create a Minnie Mouse-themed Easter basket. Besides, everything looked so adorable
Below are items that I purchased to create the basket, as well as tips for creating your own.
Candy
Fill the basket with assorted spring candies that are available. For example, Dollar Tree had huge bags of Now and Later candies which is a rare find, so certainly scooped up a few of those.
Plastic Easter Eggs
What is an Easter basket without eggs? I love that DT offers a variety of plastic eggs to fit your personality or theme.
Sunglasses and Hair Accessories
Look for Minnie Mouse-themed accessories, such as hair ties, headbands, clips, and sunglasses. If you can’t find any opt for items in the color pink.
Coloring and Activity Books
Dollar Tree also has a selection of coloring books featuring Disney characters that would be perfect for a Minnie Mouse Easter basket. If you can’t find any, opt for spring versions.
Stickers and Flash Cards
In addition to various books, have a look around for stickers and flash cards. I found a cute sticker and candy set, along with Minnie Mouse playing cards. Add some to the basket for a fun surprise!
Bubble Wands and Glow Wands and Tiaras
Kids love bubbles and things that glow! Add a Minnie Mouse bubble wand to the basket for some outdoor fun or even a glow wand or tiara for nighttime fun.
Minnie Mouse Headband Ears
Lastly, what is a Minnie Mouse Easter Basket without Minnie Mouse ears?
Keeping it honest, I took the Minnie Mouse ears with me to Disney and took a picture with Minnie Mouse!
Final Thoughts
Creating Easter baskets is a lot of fun, especially when they are themed. So, if you are looking for a Minni Mouse-themed Easter basket, here you are.
