Two Sundays ago, I had the opportunity to participate in a unique event called “A Yoga Experience with Sound & Self-Reflection.” This was my first experience with group yoga which also included a combination of meditation, relaxation through a soothing sound bath, and dedicated journaling for self-reflection.
