Growing up my great-grandmother would make us set the table before every meal. We would not necessarily have the best tableware or matching tableware to use, but that didn’t matter. All that mattered was that the table was set properly, that we blessed the food, and ate together. I truly miss those days, all except for those green stewed apples. Haha!
From that moment in time, I grew an affinity towards setting the table and having beautiful tablescapes. In fact, you can check out several Halloween tablescapes from over the years, right here on this blog. But, in this post, we’re simply going to cover the items I used to create our tablescape this year.
Keep in mind, I’m not all the way complete – because we still have a few days.
Our tablescape this year is a mix of items from Amazon, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General. It is not super fancy like I have done in the past because so much of our seasonal decor is in storage right now. So, I was able to pull from what we did have around the house, in addition to ordering some new things online from Amazon.

I originally ordered a gorgeous arrangement from Amazon for my office. It didn’t end up being very pink at all, but it was still beautiful and had potential. So, I grabbed three pieces of floral from the autumn floral selection from Dollar Tree and it ended up being more beautiful than I expected.
