Can you believe Valentine’s Day is headed our way already? Stores are already getting their displays and end caps gorgeously adorned with loads of pink, red, and mounds of glitter.
Just this afternoon, my mom, brother and I traveled a few miles away to have lunch at Cracker Barrel, and they even had tons of cute gifts out.

Anywho, speaking of travel, we had a conversation about places to go for Valentine’s Day weekend. We talked about short distance getaways like Chicago and Indianapolis. I absolutely adore both of those cities. Both offer so many weekend getaway options, whether you’re going solo, as a couple, or as a family.

Anyway, as we chatted, I brainstormed a lot of cute goodies that I want to take with me regardless of where we go.
For starters, I’m a little jealous of the fact that my boys were able to swim and get in the hot tub on our recent trip to Niagara Falls, New York.
Tesalate Beach Towel
So on this Valentine’s trip, I’m making sure that the hotel we get has both a pool and hot tub. I’ll be taking my Tesalate towel with me because I would rather have my own personal towel instead of a hotel towel. It’s the size of a full beach towel and comes in a travel pouch which makes it easy to pack.
Trendy Pink Luggage Set
I also need to look into some new luggage. I am tired of carrying the black “set” that I have. It’s not even a set, so to speak. It’s an adorable black gym bag and replacement luggage from one of the airlines when me original luggage was damaged on a flight to Florida. So, new luggage definitely sounds great!

I’m also taking this cute travel coffee mug that I picked up while browsing for Valentine’s Day goodies. I love a cute coffee travel mug and bringing along my own coffee.

I’m also planning to take these cute feather dangle earrings with me. I absolutely adore chandelier earrings. So, when I came across these last week, I made sure to pick them up so that I can wear them with a cute pink Valentine’s Day outfit.
Travel Cosmetic Bag
Lastly, I’m packing up my makeup in one of my new light mauve, eyelash travel cosmetic bags. I just ordered a set of six to give as gifts to a few friends for Valentine’s Day (or, Galentine’s Day). I can’t wait to fill them with some beautiful pampering treats to give to my gals!
