The anxiety of returning to work full-time and in person has been weighing on my mind. I’ve started to feel anxious and it’s making it harder to sleep. I know so many people can relate to this. Going through this while still actively engaging in life can be a bit much. I’ve heard it over and over again.

To assist me with all that I’ve been going through, I’ve tried out various strategies to get more sleep and relieve some of that stress. I’m drinking more water, resting whenever I can, moving my body daily, and taking a new, clean remedy called Sleepology.

Genexa’s Clean Sleep Aid, Sleepology

If you are unfamiliar with Sleepology, it’s made by Genexa, the first and only clean medicine brand. I chose this particular brand because their products are made from real ingredients without any of the unnecessary, artificial inactive ingredients that I don’t want in my body.

Genexa’s Sleepology is a homeopathic remedy that promotes deep and restful sleep so that you can wake up feeling refreshed.

I appreciate that this isn’t loaded with a lot of synthetic chemicals, dyes or artificial flavors, and reading the list of ingredients is easy. There’s no confusion about what’s  going into my body.

So far, I’ve only tried Sleepology, but Genexa offers another clean remedy called Stress Relief that may be helpful as well. Just like the Sleepology product, Stress Relief is Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, and Certified Vegan.

Additionally, I appreciate the packaging. It’s simple and clean, just like the formulas themselves.

Respecting My Body with Proper Rest

Aside from these remedies, I’ve been intentional about respecting my body when it needs rest throughout the day. In the past, resting is something that I have neglected because I felt that there was so much more that I needed to get done. Now, I’m giving myself grace and being intentional. When my body says rest. I rest.

Moving My Body Daily

I’ve also been exercising more since exercise is a natural stress reliever. Each day my goal is to simply do something; just get my body moving! With this in mind, I’ve been doing exercises that feel good and are enjoyable for me.

On Sundays, I do water aerobics for 45 minutes to an hour while my son is doing swim lessons. It feels good to my soul that I get to squeeze in some physical activity while doing it alongside my son. I love that we have something we can do together!

Aside from water aerobics on Sunday, I’ve incorporated early morning walks to get my day started, as well as some fun hula hooping and jumping on our fitness trampoline in the evening. You’ve probably seen me exercising in my Instagram stories.

With the additional movement throughout the day, it wears me out a bit more and has been helping me to get to sleep a little faster, especially when I take my Sleepology chewables.

Final Thoughts

If you have been working remotely during the pandemic and it’s time for you to head back into the office, you may be experiencing a little stress or anxiety, too. If this is something that you are going through and it’s causing you difficulty sleeping, consider trying Sleepology and moving your body a little more throughout the day. Incorporating these small changes into my daily routine this month has been a game changer.
